Who we are
Hi Brand Studio is a brand and website studio based in Istanbul, Türkiye. You can reach us at hello@hibrand.studio or on WhatsApp at +90 534 209 00 97.
In these terms, “we” means Hi Brand Studio and “you” means the person or business that books a project.
What these terms cover
This website, hibrand.studio, and every plan, add-on and care plan you book through it, by WhatsApp or by email.
If you are a consumer in Türkiye, the pre-information form and the distance sales contract also apply. If anything in these terms conflicts with your rights under Turkish consumer law, the law wins.
Booking and payment
You request a start date on the website. We confirm it on WhatsApp or by email, usually within 2 working hours, and then send you a payment link or an invoice.
- In Türkiye: a secure card payment link (iyzico or PayTR). Turkish cards can split the price into 3 instalments. TL prices include KDV.
- Outside Türkiye: an invoice in USD, payable by bank transfer or card link. USD prices do not include Turkish VAT.
- Go Big is paid in two parts: half to book your date, and half before the final files.
- Your start date is held for 48 hours after we confirm it, and it is booked when the payment arrives.
The price on your confirmed booking is the price you pay. We never add hidden fees.
Your brief and the clock
Delivery days are working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Türkiye). The clock starts on your start date, once we have your complete brief and your payment.
Time we spend waiting for your feedback, content, logins or approvals pauses the clock. We always tell you when the clock is paused and why.
Reviews and changes
Each deliverable includes two review rounds. Extra rounds, new pages or changes to what you booked are quoted before we start them, and only done once you say yes.
On time, or your money back
If we miss your delivery day for reasons on our side, we refund the full price of the plan.
The guarantee does not apply when the delay comes from a paused clock (missing content, late feedback or approvals) or from a change in scope you asked for.
Ownership and licences
When your project is paid in full, you own the final logo, brand files, website design and the content we wrote for you, and we hand over the source files.
Fonts, stock images, plugins, hosting and other third-party tools stay under their own licences. We tell you which ones need a paid licence in your name.
We may show your project in our portfolio and on social media. Tell us if you prefer we do not, and we will not.
Your materials
You confirm that you have the right to use the texts, photos, logos and trademarks you send us, and that using them does not break anyone else’s rights.
We check that the names and logos we design are not obvious copies, but a full trademark search and registration is your responsibility unless you book it with us.
Care plans and hosting
Care plans are monthly. They renew automatically and you can cancel any time before the next billing date; the plan then ends at the end of the paid month.
If your website runs on our hosting, we keep it online while your care plan is active. When you leave, we send you the files and help you move.
Cancellations and refunds
Before your start date you can cancel for a full refund.
After work starts, we refund the part of the price for work not yet done, and you keep everything delivered so far.
Consumers in Türkiye also have the right of withdrawal explained in the distance sales contract.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 14 days.
Our responsibility
We do our work with care and on time. Apart from the money-back guarantee, our total responsibility for a project is limited to the price you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services such as hosting providers, payment providers or social platforms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your project is the one in force on the day your booking is confirmed. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Consumers can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) for their place of residence, within the limits set each year by law. For businesses, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) are competent.
